This the end of the blogs YAY Im done for this semester.

Today is the last day of the semester YAY!! I have learned a lot in this class. Im not really crazy about the blogs but whatever we had to do them. I love working with excel. I can't wait to show my mom and dad what I learned because they have their own bussiness and they are always looking for a way to make this a little easier and I think I might be able to help them some. The Microsoft Word was a pain but I definately understand it more now than I did before. Im glad I was able to learn how to do a grade book on excel because im really going to need that in the future when I become a teacher.

I had to do a web site in Dr. Strange's class this semester and i did mine on my 12 favorite Classic Disney movies. Here is a link to my web site My Web Site! Maybe I will be able to one day.

Blogging in Schools Part II

I think this is what Dr. Strange is wanting Teacher Blogs. This site is pretty cool it seem to me like the teacher are able to talk back and forth to one another. For example, a new teacher can get on a talk to an experienced teacher across the nation and get different ideas that seems pretty cool to me. This next site I really like it seem very safe and fun for students and teachers. It has all the safety features on it like the words and phrases filter and anything from a URL or picture that just seem suspicious it has to get administrative approval. I think it could work and I'm definitely going to keep this site for future references. Here's the web site Gaggle Blogs .

Blogging in Schools

I think that this technology with computers has come so far and kids already know more than adults to any way I think that if used and monitored correctly that it could be a very useful tool. I will definitely try to incorporate it into the way that i teach.
I think that blogging in schools and using the internet can be very useful. I think it is a grat opprotunity. I think that it will be very useful when Im teach because at the beginning over the school year i can give my students and parents a blogger link and they can talk back and forth with me and i can tell the parents if there is a problem and i need to talk with them or if there is great news concerning their child.
As, for the child if they have probems on a homework assignment they and send me a message and i can answer them at home. There are so many ways that we could make this work if we all embrass it and moniter it made sure that there is not obseen things being said or done on there. And also the kids would be able to ask each other for help or just get to know one another. I think it is great.

Music

I was just going to tell everyone about this great band that i love to listen to. Its the praise band at my church Bayou Sara Baptist Church and the bands name is Full Service. If you want to listen to a song they have recorded( i don't know how the quality of it is ) you can go to my myspace and it is one of my songs. Well we were told to make sure that we can log on and post a blog.
Anyways I think that i have this down. Now the trick is remembering to post blogs on a weekly basis. Maybe Ill get to know some new people through this. This is a cool picture. I just thought that i would share it with everyone. I hope everyone has a great day!!

Ok we were told to put a picture and a link in our blog so im going to try this and see if it works. Im going to try and import a picture from Myspace and put a link to my "mysace".Myspace. Well now you can visit me at myspace if you would like and i will add you as one of my friend now as for the picture im working on it. Let me see...... Yay i did it that is kindof what my little yorkie looks like. This will have to do until i can get his real picture up here. Well have a great day and i will keep in tounch.

Hi Everyone

I just want to stop in and say a few words. This is the first time that i have ever posted "blogs" besides the first day of class. I dont know if im going to like it or not but we will see. I think that this could be a very useful tool when i go into teaching if it is used properly and not abused. I can definitly see the good that could come out of it, but i will leave that for another day. Every one have a wounderful week talk to you later.
